Zed Bias signs up
Union Square Music Publishing has signed DJ, Artist and producer extraordinaire Dave Jones aka Zed Bias.
Dave Jones has been causing a stir since the mid-1990’s as a globetrotting DJ, pioneering producer, cutting-edge label chief, re-mixer of choice & Jedi master of everything soulful.
As an Artist he has been nominated for “Best Garage Act” at the MOBO awards – by way of the hit single “Neighbourhood” (XL Recordings).
Dave has worked alongside Amy Winehouse, Miss Dynamite and Ray Gaskins and has also provided remixes for superstars like Whitney Houston and Destiny’s Child, chart-toppers Gabrielle and Kosheen as well as popular crossover heroes The Streets.
Popular consensus has Zed Bias listed as a true pioneer of UK urban and other dance music, both as artist and producer, so it’s no surprise that the cream of the DubStep scene quote him as one of the founding fathers of that sound.
